I had not seen cable tv in a few years, I put it on and there are shows on ANIMAL PLANET about fish police who are nosy busybodies. Fish police, arresting people for hurting wild badgers, but allowing people to kill fish. Which these fishing police measure with a ruler. Yes, they surprise, they come across fathers and sons fishing, scaring them, and they measure their small fish, and this is ok, for nosies to run around controlling the size of fishes, people fish.
