The defense claims Maxwell is a “scapegoat”, arguing that women are always blamed for male misconduct. That it really is Epstein..but he faked his death..so she’s gotta take the fall… Lawyer Bobby Sternheim spoke on behalf of the defense, claiming that Maxwell was wrongfully accused of Epstein’s crimes. Shes not that bad.. she’s a scapegoat! The prosecution objected to some of the language used by Sternheim regarding the potential financial motives of the alleged victims in the case and the defense’s argument that Maxwell was Epstein’s innocent deputy at trial. Audrey Strauss, a US attorney in Manhattan at the time, argued that Maxwell “played a key role in helping Epstein identify, find friends and manage child victims” and that “in some cases Maxwell was involved in the abuse.”
The US Attorney’s Office in Manhattan also accused Maxwell of trying to hide his involvement in Epstein’s crimes by providing false information “under oath” during civil proceedings. Lying. But they don’t honor God really. This lawsuit was a libel suit that Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s longtime enemies, filed against Maxwell. In testimony and media interviews, Giuffre claimed that Epstein and Maxwell sold her to British Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz; former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson; former Democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell; the late MIT computer scientist Marvin Minsky; and co-founder of MC2 modeling agency Jean-Luc Brunel . He made questionable underage themed movies 🎬 too.
Lawyers said Epstein and Maxwell acted as leaders of an “organized crime family,” according to multiple court documents reviewed by the Miami Herald, and that Maxwell helped sell girls and women to powerful figures. Prosecutors say Maxwell had a habit of seducing. patting on the head,, Epstein’s victims, comforting them, taking them on walks such as shopping and going to the movies, and asking about their personal lives. Girlie stuff. Maybe even trying to be 🎠young again..in a way.
According to the federal indictment, Maxwell “contributed” to Epstein’s abuse of underage girls for years. Prosecutors say Ms Maxwell “aided, facilitated and facilitated” Mr Epstein’s crimes by helping him recruit, manage and abuse girls under the age of 18. For every kind of purpose imaginable. Maybe even breeding them I say don’t forget.
The 59-year-old Ms. Maxwell is the daughter of a British media tycoon. She was once a frequent visitor to all sorts of high public life in New York City. She faces six charges. Prosecutors say her role in promoting exploitation, sexual violence and abuse of girls and young women along w Jeffrey Lee Epstein, her long-term partner. Maxwell has a dad named Robert Maxwell. Rumored to be a very bad person. I heard he taught her to ” keep your man no matter what!” . She pleaded not guilty to six charges of involvement in the abuse of Epstein’s children, some of whom are only 14 years old..but I say even babies. They just getting them on the ” almost legals” not to inflame Christian America.
The attorney, Bobby S. Sternheim, addressed the jury after the attorney issued a 35-minute opening statement in which Ms. Maxwell was portrayed in strong terms as a person “playing a significant role” in a ten-year plan to to seduce and manipulate teenage girls who have been methodically tortured mistreated and then sexually abused ..or eaten…I add..by Mr. Epstein.
Lots of stuff on their home had satanic imagery. Sacrificesand stiff. And a weird religious secretive temple on island via submarines and a country named Terra Mar.. Ms. Maxwell’s accusers had (drugged )memories and were manipulated after Epstein’s death to demand damages, she said.
The victims manipulated their memories of Epstein’s alleged ..violence to turn on Maxwell, he said, ( it is just fantasy to somehow hate her for his crimes..)Maxwell is often referred to as “the helper,”..not the ringleader.
Prosecutors say she talked about sex in front of girls, undressed in front of them, massaged Epstein herself and encouraged girls to massage him with everyone who participated in various states of undressing.( But nothing of what the undergrounds and tunnels about!)
Presumably, he is always looking for new victims. The prosecutor said that the girl was only 17 years old when Maxwell “found her in a parking lot” and Maxwell recruited her “suddenly”. She then lured them by paying hundreds of dollars to give Epstein a massage, and then Epstein raped them. Did whatever he wanted.. According to prosecutors, Maxwell was sometimes in the room, helping to normalize behavior, or join in.. and sometimes even touching the girl. In front of her man.. The prosecutor said that Maxwell became friends with these girls, took them to go shopping and watch movies, and then gave them to Epstein for payback… usually in front of Maxwell.
Helping them..but really not.
Prosecutors identified Ms Maxwell as the person who helped lure the girls, who were sometimes flown by private jet to one of Mr Epstein’s residences, where they were promised just a massage for more money.. but really mistreated. THESE charges if sentenced..she could pay up to 80 years in prison for.
US Assistant Attorney Lara Pomerantz stated at the start of the Maxwell Sexual Exploitation Trafficking Case that a British socialite ..Ghislaine..and Epstein seduced girls as young as 14 but really even 5 years old..into “so-called massage” where sexual abuse was seen as “accidental and normal.” Just natural. Not really hooking.
When he was happy. Who knows for how long on drugs like viagra…after which they were paid money and gifts.
In her opening remarks.. Bobbie Sternheim said people ..Hate women… stated with a serious face that women were accused, abused and punished more for male misconduct, as “Eve was accused of tempting Adam for the sake of apples “. … The survivor called Maxwell “evil” and said she didn’t believe Epstein could have misused her body. . without Maxwell .
The woman added that when Maxwell suspected that she had told her grandparents about an abortion she had..to save the baby from them probably..Maxwell, Epstein and others raped her to punish her. They raped her one last time as punishment. When the violence began, the survivor was a virgin and a child, so Maxwell touched her and used toys to prepare her for Epstein’s rapes. So Maxwell is the pedo also!
