I was listening to the democrats talk about giving prisoners the right to vote I thought how silly prisoners don’t read news and they’re very limited on the TV stations they would probably be shown CNN or MSNBC and they don’t have an accurate view on the world because they been locked up sometimes for many years how would they know what’s going on if they don’t live in the world.
Then this vision came to me I try not to do simple cartoons even though those are the ones that go viral I try to do really complicated cartoons .
The joke is that she’s referring to a rooster as a female. She put on a little wings little pink wings and that changes her sex. She talks to animals meaning she’s not really rational. She is desperate from votes and she doesn’t know where to get them.
